This quarterly journal is devoted to the rapid publication of research results in the field of CAD/CAM with an emphasis on the applications of the technology. Original papers from both industrial and academic contributors are welcome.

We provide two different kinds of media of the journal,the Internet and the hard copy.The whole process of paper submission, refereeing, and publication is based on Web to shorten the time to publication to be minimal.

The areas of scope include, but not limited to, solid modeling, surface modeling, feature technology, concurrent engineering, collaborative engineering, Internet-based CAD/CAM, rapid prototyping, assembly modeling, product data exchange, intelligent CAD, user interaction techniques, computational geometry, FEM/BEM, mesh generation, virtual reality, scientific visualization, CAPP, NC programming, topological optimization.

In this journal, author(s) are allowed to provide up to five candidates of reviewers who can review the paper. The review result will be returned to the author(s) within two months after the manuscript is received by the journal.
